Message	tt.net anyways imho zmydust needs to get this resolved asap that is called good business/customer service might wanna try it sometime you will find that it actually gets you more business unless you like having to deal with pissed off people everyday then by all means continue in your present way as far as steve is concerned you are in the right again this is just my opinion of an ongoing situation
